A. Paper Feeding Section
  1.On the outer side of the operation side, there are transmission devices and circuit components, equipped with fixed protective covers. The electrical box is located on the right side of the operation side.

Note: The electrical box door is movable for engineers to inspect and repair circuits; non-engineering personnel must not open it arbitrarily.

 2.The outer side of the non-operation side is equipped with a fixed protective cover; do not remove the protective cover randomly.

  3.An "EMG.STOP" emergency stop button is installed on the operation panel. In case of emergency, press the emergency stop button to shut down the entire machine immediately. Rotate the button in the direction indicated by the arrow on it to reset.
B. Printing Section 
  1.When the machine units are closed, do not stand between the units to avoid being crushed.

  2.When the machine units are separated for test operation, gears are exposed on both sides; do not touch them with hands during operation.

  3.When the machine units are separated for shutdown cleaning, do not disassemble the protective plates on the left and right sides of the ink distribution mechanism.

  4.During shutdown cleaning of the printing plate or plate hanging operations, if an emergency occurs, press this button to turn off the unit combination motor to prevent unit movement from causing pinch injuries to operators.
C. Die-Cutting Section
  1. When the machine units are closed, do not stand between the units to prevent pinch injuries.

  2.An "EMG.STOP" emergency stop button is installed on the operation panel.

   Note: In case of emergency, press the emergency stop button to shut down the entire machine immediately. Rotate the button in the direction indicated by the arrow on it to reset.

  3.When the machine units are separated for test operation, gears are exposed on both sides; do not touch them with hands during operation, otherwise hands may be (drawn in) and crushed.

  4.When adjusting the circumferential phase of the die-cutting knife, do not touch the knife disc with hands. Replacement and maintenance of slotting knives shall be performed by engineers.
