Fully automatic printing machine
A. Paper Feeding Section
1.Adopts an air-suction assisted feeding system (7.5KW fan) to adapt to cardboard of different curvatures; paired with Taiwan-made ultra-wear-resistant feeding wheels, supporting continuous/sheet-separating feeding.
2.Equipped with electric/manual baffle adjustment, brush dust removal device and pneumatic alignment mechanism (computer-controlled timing) to reduce carton waste and improve printing quality.
3.Core control: 7-inch computer screen (production/phase/counting) + variable-frequency motor (30% energy saving) + automatic zero-reset device (calibrated after 2 test prints).
B.Printing Section
1.Printing roller (Φ395mm, hard chrome plating + dynamic balancing) + optional mesh anilox roller (180-260 mesh) + 60-65 Shore A wear-resistant rubber roller, ensuring uniform ink distribution and transfer.
2.Supports 360° computer-controlled phase adjustment (operable during running/stopping), stable ink supply via pneumatic diaphragm pump, and cylinder-type braking device to fix the printing phase.
C.Slotting/Line Pressing Section
1.The upper line-pressing wheel uses a new structure (protecting cardboard plasticity); the bottom knife (Φ280) supports synchronous linkage adjustment; the slotting phase is electrically adjusted via a digital-display planetary gear mechanism.
2.High-quality alloy steel slotting knives (7mm blade width) are used, paired with lubricated wear-resistant guide blocks to ensure shifting accuracy and durability; the line-pressing/knife shafts are all hard chrome-plated seamless steel pipes.
Relational Production
All the main electric applianoes of the whole machine adopt the product ofSchneider made in France.Adopt lead-edge feeder system.Aping helce gear ding, the gears are made from high frequencyquenching and polishing-gear.All axles of roller must be chrome-plating in order to increase the hardness.
