A 5-ply corrugated cardboard production line is a mainstay in the packaging industry, using two single facers to process two layers of corrugated medium, producing 5-ply cardboard composed of top liner, two layers of medium, one layer of inner liner, and bottom liner, which balances strength and cushioning performance. This line is equipped with flexible switching capability; by shutting down one single facer unit, it can also produce 3-ply cardboard with only one layer of medium. It can meet both the high-strength needs of heavy-duty packaging and the cost-control requirements of light-duty packaging, making it an efficient and practical choice.
